摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒(TVS-CD)对流产不全的诊断价值。方法对132例流产后阴道持续流血患者行经阴道彩色多普勒检查,记录残留物大小、回声,彩色多普勒血流情况,测量宫内残留物的血流参数:RI、PI和S/D。结果132例宫内残留物全部经清宫后病理证实,多量残留58例,少量残留72例,宫颈残留2例,彩色血流显示率93.2%,其脉冲多普勒频谱(PW)呈滋养层低阻力动脉血流频谱:RI0.46±0.11。结论TVS-CD对不全流产有重要的临床价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler（TVS- CD） in dectecting incomplete abottion.Methods 132 patients with postabortal vaginal irregular bleeding were examined by the transvaginal color Doppler in order to measure the size, resonance and the information concluding the parameter of resistance index（RI）, pulse index（PI）, the ratio of systolic maximum velocity and diastolic minimum velocity（S/D） of intrauterine fetal residue. Results All patients with postabotal intrauterine fetal residue were diagnosed by pathology,58 patients with much intraulerine fetal residue and 71 patients with less intrauterine fetal residue,2 cases with fetal residue in cervix,the display rate of colour flow was 93.2%, the pulsed wave Doppler spectrum showed lower resistance： RI 0.46 ± 0.11. Conclusion TVS - CD has a certain diagnostic value in dectecting the incomplete abortion.
