摘要
利用自行设计的一套微波固化反应装置,用红外光谱(FT-IR)跟踪了环氧树脂E-51/二氨基二苯基甲烷(DDM)的固化过程;计算了在微波和在传统加热条件下反应的活化能。结果表明微波辐射不能改变最终产物的结构;微波条件下的固化度高于在传统条件下的固化度;微波辐射能降低反应活化能,且降低的程度与它们在传统条件下反应的活化能成正比。
A set of equipment had been developed in order to exclude the thermal effect under microwave irradiation. The diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (E-51) with diamino diphenyl methane (DDM) as curing agent, were cured under both a thermal oven and microwave conditions at different temperatures respectively. The degree of cure was tracked by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT-IR). The results show that firstly the microwave radiation cannot change the ultimate products' structure ; microwave radiation can reduce the activation energy of curing reaction and the value of reduction is proportioned to the value of the activation energy of curing reaction in conventional thermal condition.
