摘要
目的:检测食管癌组织中缺氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia induciblefactor1α,HIF1α)的表达。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测100例食管癌及其癌旁正常组织中HIF1α的表达。结果:食管癌组织中HIF1α蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于正常黏膜(90%vs58%,P<0.05),深层浸润组高于浅层浸润组(P<0.05),与食管癌分化程度及淋巴结转移无关。结论:HIF1α的高表达可能与微环境缺氧有关,亦可能与食管癌的癌变及浸润有关。
Aim: To detect the expression of HIF-1α in esophageal carcinoma tissue. Methods: The expression of HIF-1α in 100 cases of esophageal carcinoma and normal tissue around the loci was detected using immunohistoehemical method. Results: The expression of HIF-1α protein was significantly higher in carcinoma tissue than that in normal mucosa tissue (90% vs 58% , P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of HIF-1α protein in deeper invasion group was significantly higher than that in superficial invasion group( P 〈 0.05) , while it had no correlation with differentiation or lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma. Conclusion: The increased expressions of HIF-1α in esophageal carcinoma tissue may be correlated with hypoxia of microenvironment, carcinogenesis, and invasion of esophageal carcinoma.
