摘要
建立全国湿地资源监测体系是中国湿地保护和合理利用的迫切需要，也是“十一五”期间湿地资源保护和管理工作中面临的重要任务。文章分析了全国湿地资源监测体系总体框架、结构、功能以及各部分的关系，并对体系各部分所需采用的监测方法、监测内容以及体系保障措施等问题进行了进一步探讨。
The construction of wetland monitoring system in China is ugent for wetlands conservation and wise use, and is a important task that will be faced by our government in the recent coming years.
