摘要
电压暂降是当前业界所面临的代价最大的电能质量问题之一,针对所研究的配电网,建立了可用于监测电压暂降的分布式电能质量在线监测系统。介绍了监测系统的构成、性能参数及监测点的配置方法。应用UNI-PEDE对监测到的各次电压暂降的下凹深度及持续时间进行了统计分析,并根据监测及配电网运行记录对电压暂降发生原因作了分析。研究了电压暂降对研究区域内电力用户的影响,用SARFI-ITIC图对影响用户的电压暂降和短时间中断事件进行了分析。研究结果有助于进一步改善电压暂降并为用户侧解决方案提供依据。
Voltage sags are the most important disturbance for industrial facilities. A distributed real-time power quality monitoring system for voltage sags is established in studied distribution network. This paper discusses the aim of the monitoring system and introduces system construction, characteristic and setting of monltoring-point about real-time power quality monitoring system, provides the statistics of depth and duration of all voltage sags by UNIPEDE table. This paper also analyzes the corresponding causes about voltage sags according to monitor records and fault records in distribution network, researches the impacts of voltage sags on customers. The voltage sags is illustrated by SARFI-ITIC. The study is of benefit to improve power quality about voltage sags and provides the basis of customers' solutions.
