摘要
目的提高肾错构瘤手术前的诊断准确性。方法结合外科手术后病理形态,回顾性分析62例肾错构瘤的影像学特征。结果B超结合增强CT诊断肾错构瘤准确性高。62例患者综合B超与增强CT术前明确诊断53例。9例术前不能明确诊断病例,术中行冰冻病理结果6例明确为肾错构瘤,1例恶性,2例仍不能区分良恶性,3例均行肾癌根治术。结论B超、增强CT是肾错构瘤的首选检查方法,诊断准确率高,术中冰冻不能确诊者应行肾癌根治术。
Objective To improve the accurate diagnosis rate for renal hamartoma before operation. Methods Pathologic and imageologic data of 62 patients with renal hamartoma confirmed by surgery pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results B - ultrasound （BUS） in combination with contrast enhancement computerized tomography （CT） can establish the renal hamartoma diagnosis with great accuracy. Of 62 patients, 53 patients were correcdy diagnosed preoperatively through the use of these two methods. Of 9 patients who were not correctly diagnosed preoperatively, 6 patients＇ renal hamartoma diagnosis was confirmed by means of intraoperative frozen section studies, 1 patient was diagnosed as renal cell carcinoma , the other 2 patients remained uncertain whether the turmor was benign or malignant. Radical nephrectomy were performed on the latter 3 patients,Conelution BUS plus contrast enhancement CT is the diagnostic choice for renal hamartoma, they have considerable accuracy. The patients who can, t correctly diagnosed with intraoperative frozen section study should perform radical nephrectomy.
