摘要
目的 探讨副乳腺的手术治疗方法。方法 应用美容外科技术，在肿胀麻醉下应用腋横纹小切口潜行切除副乳腺。结果 自2000年至2005年11月应用此法在门诊切除副乳腺180个，共103个病人。42例病人随诊6～24个月，所有病例均无并发症，瘢痕不明显，术后外观良好，疗效满意。结论 在门诊应用美容外科技术，采用局部肿胀麻醉技术下行腋横纹小切口潜行切除副乳腺是一种副乳房切除的良好方法，手术操作简单，安全，损伤轻，出血少，恢复快，符合美学和微创要求，病人乐于接受。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of accessory breast. Methods The clinical data of 103 cases （ 180 sites） of accessory mammary glands were treated by using micro - incision of transverse crease of axilla with tumescent anesthesia in the past 6 years were reviewed. Results All patients were treated in outpatient service. Follow - up of 42 cases was carried out 6 to 24 months. There were no postoperative complications. The result of the surgical treatment was satisfactory regarding to the shape of the accessory breast. The scars formed were obscure. Conclusion The excision of accessory breast in outpatient service is effective and safe. The operation for accessory breast via micro - incision of transverse crease of axilla with tumescent anesthesia is good, reliable and convenient technique. It is easily performed with milder injury, less bleeding, and quick recovery and it is suitable to be performed in outpatients with tumescent local anesthetic procedure.
