摘要
阐述了合作社的性质和主要功能,合作社能够为社员的分散经营提供合作服务并对社员的单个生产经营活动进行合理安排指导与调度。我国曾经实施的家庭联产承包责任制使得市场经济与农村生产分散性之间的矛盾加深了,而这一矛盾的缓和依赖于合作社的实施。可以预见,合作社将在我国社会主义新农村的建设中发挥重大的作用。
The paper explains the nature and primary function of the cooperative groups. In fact, cooperative groups can provide cooperative service to the decentralized operation of individual numbers, and it can also provide the individual members with reasonable arrangements and guidance for their production and operation activities. It is pointed out that the implementation of the household contract responsibility system has deepened the contradictions between the market economy and the decentralized rural production, and the elimination of this contradiction depending on the relaxation of cooperatives. It is believed that the new cooperative groups will play a significant role in the new socialist rural construction of China.
