摘要
目的:研究心理护理对前列腺癌患者预后的影响。方法:将24例前列腺癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各12例。其中实验组采用心理护理加常规护理的方法对前列腺癌患者进行全程护理,而对照组只采用常规护理方法,对比两组患者在精神症状评分、生活质量评分、治疗依从性及患者生存率等方面的差异。结果:实验组和对比组在精神症状评分、生活质量评分、治疗依从性及患者生存率等方面均有显著性差异。实验组在各方面明显优于对照组,表明心理护理明显影响前列腺癌患者的预后。结论:在医疗过程中加强心理护理将有助于改善前列腺癌患者的预后。
Objective ：To investigate the influence of psychological nursing to prostate cancer＇ s progruosis. Method： 24 cases of prostate cancer were divided equally into experinment group and control group randomly. Experiment group were cancel whole nange in puchological ntrsing and votrine nurding care, while the control group were only cared in noutire nursing care, thea two groups were contrasted the olrffeneace in the Score of psuchratric survival rate. Result： Two groups had srgvicant alff ereace in the Scone of psychiatic Symptom and trfe quality, treatment comp erance and patreat＇ sunvival rate. The experimeat group had an ad vantage over conenoe group in above four respeets. It shiwel pythologrcal nursing apparenflu affecred the progrosis of prostate cancer. Conclusion： In meclical treatmeat strengtuening psychological nurding could be contributed to improve prostate cancer＇s proguosis.
