摘要
目的了解不孕不育患者解脲支原体(UU)和沙眼衣原体(CT)感染情况,探讨荧光定量PCR(FQ—PCR)应用于诊治不孕不育的意义。方法采用FQ—PCR方法检测不孕不育患者宫颈分泌物、精液或前列腺液标本中的UU-DNA和CT-DNA含量。结果116例不孕不育患者中有62例感染UU或CT(感染率53.4%),UU和CT的感染率分别为42.2%和17.2%,混合感染率6.0%;男性UU和CT感染率分别为35.9%和21.9%,女性UU和CT感染率分别为50.0%和11.5%;女性患者UU和CT的基因拷贝数均高于男性。结论UU和CT是引起男女不孕不育的重要原因,UU感染率明显高于CT;FQ—PCR技术应用于诊治UU或CT泌尿生殖道感染引起的不孕不育简便、快捷、安全、可靠。
Objective To find out the station of the infecund and the can not bear patients were infected by UU and CT and discuss the meaning of diagnose infecund and can not bear using FQ - PCR. Methods Measure content of UU - DNA and CF - DNA in the secretion of uterine' s cervix, the exudates of ejaculate, prostate of the infecund and the can not hear patients using FQ - PCR, Results There are 62 patients infected by UU or CT in all of 116 infecund and the can not bear patients(the infections rate is 53,4% ). The rate of infected by UU is 42,25, the rate of infected by C'T is 17,2%, The rate of infected by both UU, CT is 6.0 %. Man's rate of infected by UU , CT is 35.9 %,21.9 %. Woman's rate of infected by UU , CT is 50.0%, 11.5 %. For UU' s and CT' s gene copy femate more than mate. Conclusion Infected by UU and CT is the reason causing infecund and the can not bear. UU' s infections rate is more than CT' s. FQ - PCR is a reliable method for the diagnosis of by UU or CT.
