摘要
目的研究老年退行性心脏瓣膜病合并心力衰竭发病的临床特征。方法将40例合并心力衰竭的老年退行性心脏瓣膜病与同期收治的40例年龄、性别相匹配的、无瓣膜钙化的合并心力衰竭的冠心病患者进行临床对比研究。结果退行性心脏瓣膜病组在心律失常、充血性心力衰竭的分级及心脏扩大均明显高于冠心病组(P<0.01)。近期死亡率的发生率略高于对照组,但无统计学意义。结论老年退行性心脏瓣膜病可导致血液动力学障碍,加重心功能损害,成为老年人充血性心力衰竭、猝死的重要原因之一。
Objective To study the Clinical Characteristics of Senile Degeneraive, Heart Valvular. Disease（SDHVD） Complicated with Heart Failure. Methods The elinieal characteristics of 40 cases of SDHVD complicated with heart failure were compared with 40 cuses of conorury artery disease compilcated hearl lailure .Results Cardiac arhythma, congestive heart failure and cudiac dilation in SDHVD group were higher than those of cononary artery disease group（P〈0.01）.While the recent mortally rate was higher than thed of the controlled group with no statistie significance.Conclusion SDHVD may lead to hemodynamic disturbance, inpaired the cardiac function It is one of the main camse of congestive heart failure and sudden death in the aged.
