摘要
分析了呼气酒精测试仪几种校准方法的局限性和不足之处。对酒精水溶液、酒精血溶液、饱和水汽之间的酒精含量关系进行了研究。提出了一种校准呼气酒精测试仪的新方法,并设计了一套完整的校准装置;介绍了溶液的配制方法、校准的操作过程、实验中的注意事项。实验结果表明,新的校准方法结果准确、操作简便、实用性强,对从事理化计量的实验室具有较高的应用价值。
All methods to calibrate the alcohol-breath tester exist deficiency up to now. The research about solution of alcohol-water , solution of alcohol-blood and alcohol-in-vapour theoretically are carried out, and a new method and new device to calibrate the alcohol-breath tester is presented. The method of confecting solution, the process of operation and the key of calibration are described. The new method is proved to be accurate, easy to operate, as well as applicable to physicochemistry calibration laboratory.
