党政秘书定力是指从事各种政务性工作的秘书人员,保持自身先进性所具有防止自我腐化、抵御外部诱惑的一种控制能力。党政秘书的定力,关系到国家的安全、党的形象、社会的安定团结。增强党政秘书定力的具体措施,是创造核心人才成长的机制,加强监督,实行严格的奖惩制度,提高反腐败对策。
The concrete countermeasures of strengthening the Party and administrative secretary＇s control ability is to create the mechanism of core talentod person growing up; to enhance supervision; to carry out the strict prize and punishment system and to increase the countermeasures against corruption.
