摘要
边部锌层厚度控制是热镀锌带钢生产中一个极重要的问题,从气刀喷吹原理入手,分析了边部锌层增厚产生原因及其对生产的影响;结合宝钢热镀锌机组的技术改造,实施了控制边部增厚的工艺和设备改造措施。
Heavy edge control is a key matter in hot-dip galvanizing pro- cess.Based on the principle of the air knife jetting,the cause for heavy edge and its effect on the process are analysed.The heavy edge control process and the measures for equipment modernization have been brought into practice for upgrading the hot- dip galvanizing line in Bao Steel.
