摘要
首先对多向纤维缠绕机的结构特性及工作原理进行了概述,然后分别对轴向缠绕、环向缠绕、螺旋向缠绕等的缠绕线型规律进行了分析与计算,并以实现多向纤维缠绕线型为目的,对其相应的控制系统进行了设计。这些为多向纤维缠绕复合材料制品的制造工艺提供了理论上的指导。
The structure characteristics of the muhidirectional filament winding machine are introduced. And then, the analysis and calculation are made for the winding pattern design of axial , hoop and helical filament winding. At last, the corresponding control system is introduced based on the accomplishment of the muhidirectional filament winding process. These provide a theoretical basis for the manufacturing process of the muhidirectional filament wound composite products.
