摘要
21世纪,知识经济的不断发展导致知识更新速度加快,作为书籍管理者的传统图书馆已不能够满足时代的需要。探讨在知识经济时代,图书馆作为一组价值流,要搞好知识的管理,必须从自身做起,才能更好地为用户提供深层次服务,不断向学习型组织转变。
In the 21st century, the continuous development of knowledge-based economy leads to the acceleration of knowledge updating. As book administrators, traditional libraries can not satisfy the needs of the times any more. This paper proposes that in knowledge-based times, libraries, as a set of value streams, must start with themselves to do well in knowledge management so as to provide better deep-level service for customers and to continuously transfer to study-style organization.
