摘要
督导制在高校教学的建设和发展中有重要的作用。在高校现行的教学实践中,督导制存在着诸多的问题,究其根本原因是由于督导体制不完善、责任不明确、职责不清晰等造成。不能辩证地落实“督”与“导”的关系和作用,这必然造成督导职能难以实施。实现督导制度与教学的全面结合的根本途径是实践。
The supervising system plays a vital role in the construction and the development of the teaching in the university. But there are many problems in the present supervising system because it is imperfect and responsibilities are not clear enough. Besides, the relationship between and the effect of "supervision" and "guidance" cannot be dialectically carried out, which leads to the difficulty in implementing their functions. Practice is the basic way to completely combine supervising system with teaching.
