摘要
在分析传统的注塑模具串行开发过程不足的基础上,建立了基于Internet的注塑模具协同设计与仿真系统框架,采用B/S和C/S相结合的网络模式可以有效地支持协同开发工作,分析了协同交互工具、协同信息共享和管理、协同产品数据管理等系统的关键技术,给出了基于C/S和B/S技术的注塑模协同开发管理系统模块组成,开发了基于网络的软件系统原型,包括仿真服务器端和基于Web的管理子系统等关键模块,取得令人满意的效果。
By analyzing the disadvantages of traditional serial development process of injection mold, the framework of collaborative design and simulation for injection mold is built based on Intemet. It can support efficiently the collaborative development with the integrated structure of Client/Server and Browser/Server. The key technologies are discussed including collaborative interactive tool, collaborative information share and management, collaborative product data management, etc.. The configuration of module is presented for the collaborative development management system of injection mold. The software prototyping for the management system is developed including the simulation server and manage system based on Web. And the result is satisfied.
