摘要
加强和改进毕业生的就业指导工作,对毕业生顺利就业,对一个学校的生存和发展具有非常重要的意义。大学生就业指导应该是一个“全程化、全员化、专业化、信息化”标准的毕业生就业指导服务体系。坚持就业指导的“四化”原则,有利于高校就业指导的完善和顺利开展。
Strengthening and improving the graduates careers guidance work is very important for them to graduate smoothly ,and for the schools to exist and develop. We think university students career guidance should be a standard graduates career guidance service system in the whole journey. Adhere to the ＂the Four Modernizations＂ principle of career guidance,help the perfection of university＇s career guidance and launch it smoothly.
