摘要 概述了近年来运动对瘦素影响的研究成果,并探讨了运动中血清瘦素变化的神经内分泌调节和作用。 This paper summarizes the research achievements of exercise on leptin in recent years, and discusses the function and neuroendocrine regulation of leptin variation in exercise.
