摘要
结构是存在的特征,符号是人的生存能力形成的基本要素,科学技术产业是人类长期发展起来的生产能力系统。科学技术产业从本质上讲是一种结构性、符号性事业,其生产性功能的实现,需要在结构和符号的认识使用中,建构一种以符号为链的秩序化、组织化、制度化的哑铃模型,其中技术是哑铃模型的关键,它自己需要不断的建制化。
The structure is an existent characteristic, The symbol is an essential element of the person＇s ability formation for existence. The industry of science and technology is the production ability system that the mankind development over a long period of time and is essentially a kind of cause of structure and symbol. For realizing the productive function, a dumbbell model need to be constructed in the understanding and usage of the structure and symbol, which, taking symbol as the chain, is orderly and systematization and institutionalization. Among them, the technique is the key of the dumbbell model and needs to be continuously constructed and make it institutionalization.
