摘要
本文分析了传统铁路货运站经营形式的不足和在铁路货运站开展配送业务的可行性及利益,探讨了开展配送业务后货运站的业务流程和配送活动的优化方法。
This paper analyses the disadvantages of traditional railway freight stations, and the feasibility for railway freight stations to deal with distribution operations. The operation process and the optimising methods for the railway freight stations that operations are studied in this paper.
