摘要
乡镇广电站是广播电视最基层的单位,目前乡镇广电站面临新的挑战与机遇,根据当前农村建设的需要,提出乡镇广电站体制与机制转换的思路,指出做好广电站工作的措施,这些措施包括加强管理、培养队伍、构建外部和谐环境等诸多方面。
Village and town broadcasting station are the basic unit of broadcasting. At present, it is facing new challenges and chances. This thesis, combined the practice of the writer, has made a deep analysis.
