摘要
有线网络呼叫中心是有线网络公司与客户之间的重要信息交互系统。提出有线网络公司建立呼叫中心的必要性,介绍呼叫中心的关键技术。对组建呼叫中心的3种典型方案进行说明和方案比较,并给出3种方案的结构图。
CATV network call center is an important information ahernant system between CATV service provider and customer. This paper shows the necessity for CATV network enterprises to construct call center and introduction about key technology of call center. Typical solution and its structural diagram about constructing call center are discussed and compared in detail in this paper.
