摘要
流式细胞术(FCM)在血液病的发病机理、诊断、分类、治疗和预后判断诸方面有着广阔的应用前景,它使血液病的诊断和治疗进入了一个更精确、更客观的水平。笔者着重对流式细胞术免疫分型在急性髓细胞白血病诊断和治疗中的应用进行了综述。
Flow cytometry possesses the wide application prospect on the pathogenesls, diagnosis, classification, treatment and prognosis of leukamia. It elevates the levels of diagnosis and treatment of leukamia greatly. This article reviews the application of flow cytometry on the diagnosis and treatment of acute myelocytic leukamia.
