摘要
目的:探讨单味五味藤水提取物(WW T)对炎症组织的影响。方法:用五味藤浸膏3.0g/kg、1.5g/kg、0.75g/kg 3个剂量进行试验。结果:五味藤浸膏可显著抑制醋酸诱发血管通透性增加,高、中、低剂量的抑制率分别为51.5%、28.4%和15.2%;显著抑制角叉菜所致小鼠足肿胀作用,抑制率分别为65.2%、58.1%和43.8%;显著抑制棉球肉芽组织增生,抑制率分别为55.1%和45.4%、17.9%;对醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应有显著的抑制作用,抑制率分别为69.2%、53.9%和35.2%。结论:五味藤水提取浸膏有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of a water extract of WWT. Methods: A high dose (3.0/kg),a middle dose (1.5/kg) and a low dose(0. 75/kg) of WWT in experimental animals were studied. Results : The extract significantly inhibited the increase of dye exudation induced by acetic acid of 51.5% ,28.4% and 15.2% ; significantly inhibited carrageenin-induced rat paw edema of 65.2% ,58.1 % and 43.8% ;significantly inhibited cotton pellet-induced granuloma formation of 55.1% ,45. 4% and 17.9% ; reduced the number of writhes induced by acetic acid of 69.2% ,53.9% and 35. 2% at high and low doses significantly. Conclusion: These results indicated that the water extract obtained from WWT have significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
