根据宁波市的实际情况,确定生态公益林建设的指导思想、基本原则和建设内容,提出了宁波市生态公益林建设总体布局方案,并就功能分区和重点工程建设进行深入的研究,同时,对生态公益林建设的效益进行分析评价。
According to the actual circumstance of Ningbo City, this paper makes sure leading thought, basic principle and contents of on - commercial forest development, and puts forword overall layout project of Non - commercial forest development, and studies evo - functional area and key forestry programs developments of Non- commercial forest, and analysises the benefits of Non- commercial forest development in Ningbo City.
