摘要
为更好地建立健全急诊护理体系,适应新的医学模式及社会的需求,急诊护理工作应加强道德建设,提供人性化服务,重视分诊时间观念,尊重病人隐私权等伦理问题。
In order to construct and perfect emergency nursing care system, to meet the needs of new medical model and the society, emergency nursing work should be reinforced in ethics construction, provide humanity service, thinking highly of time concept of triage, and respect patients＇ secrets and so on.
