摘要
目的探讨穴位注射复方丹参液对高脂血症大鼠的血脂调节作用。方法SD雄性大鼠60只,随机分成正常饲料组(正常组)、高脂饲料组(高脂组)、高脂饲料配合穴位注射复方丹参注射液治疗组(穴注香丹组)、高脂饲料配合臀部肌肉注射复方丹参注射液组(肌注香丹组)、高脂饲料配合穴位注射生理盐水组(穴注盐水组),每组12只。各组饲食相应饲料2个月后,按不同的处理方法继续饲食相应饲料并作相应处理,共3个疗程,每个疗程10 d。每个疗程后空腹12 h,取血测血脂指标TC、TG、HDL-C。结果高脂组造模后血清TC、TG、LDL-C明显升高,HDL-C含量明显下降;穴注香丹组较高脂组TC、TG、LDL-C明显下降,HDL-C明显升高,与其他各治疗组比较,差异有显著性(均P<0.01)。结论穴位注射复方丹参注射液对高脂血症大鼠降血脂作用明显,能有效调节机体脂质代谢,对预防和治疗高脂血症有一定的作用。
Objective To observe the influence of acupoint drug fufangdanshen injection on rats with experimental hyperlipemia. Methods Sixty SD male rats were divided into five groups at random, the normal food group, the highfat food group, the high fat food with acupoint drug fufangdanshen injectionon group（acupoint drug injectionon group ）, the high fat food with hip injected fufangdanshen liquid group （ hip injectionon group）, the high fat food with acupoint injected the physiology brine group （ acupoint brine group ）, twelve rats in each group. When every group had been fed for two months, they continued to be fed and treated＇respectively according to the different therapy. They were treated for three periods, ten - days for each period. After every period, they must keep limosis for twelve hours, then while blood fat index TC, TG, HDL- C were measured. Results Serum TC, TG, LDL- C in high- fat food group went up obviously, while the content of HDL- C went down markedly. The content of TC,TG,LDL- C in acupoint drug injection group descended markedly,while HDL- C went up obviously compared with high- fat food group. Compared with other groups, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Acupoint drug injectionon group can regulate body lipid＇ s metabolism effectively, defend and treat high fat blood disease definitely.
