摘要
3个双低油菜细胞质雄性不育系和5个双低恢复系为材料,按不完全双列杂交方式配制杂交组合,采用ADM模型估计数量性状的基因效应和遗传力。结果表明:芥酸含量、株高、角果长度等性状以基因加性效应为主,狭义遗传力较高,早代选择效果较好。主花序角果数、硫甙含量、二次分枝角果数等性状以显性效应为主,狭义遗传力低,不宜早代选择。单株产量、千粒重等性状由加性、显性和母体效应共同决定,遗传力中等,也不宜在早代而应在中世代以后选择。
Crosses were made by imcompleted diallel cross, with three cytoplasmic malesterile (CMS) lines and five restoreres of double low rapeseed (B. napus). the analysis ofgene effects and hereditary capacity showed that: 1) Erucic coment of seed, plant height,siliqua length were mainly controlled by additive effect with high narrow hereditary capacity,therefore it should have a good result to select these characters in early generation. 2) Effetive pods of main inflorescence. glucosinolates content of seed, pods of secondary branchmainly controlled by dominance effect. and with lower narrow hereditary capacily. so thesecharacters shouldn't be selected early. 3)The heredity of yield per plant, 1000-seed weightwere complicated which were controlled by additive effect. dominant effect and maternal effect. and their heredilary capacity were middle. so these characters also should be selected inmiddle or late generations.
