玉米(Zea mays L.)杂交种(中单14)及其亲本部分光合特性的研究——Ⅰ.杂交种和亲本自交系叶片荧光特性和光合强度比较 被引量:11

摘要 叶片叶绿素荧光动力学参数证明,与两亲相比,玉米杂交种叶绿体类囊体膜的PSⅡ还原侧有较大的PQ电荷库(CA/F(?)),可以加快两个光系统间的非循环电子传递速率,有利于光合膜的能态化(△F_y/F_(?)和△F_y/T),调节有效的光合磷酸化。同时.杂交种具有较大的光合单位(T_(12))。这些都有利于光能吸收和提高光能转化效率及光合作用速率。整体叶片光合强度的测定结果支持了上述分析。 The parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics of hybrid leaves, proved large PQ pool (CA/F0 ) on the reduction side of PS Ⅱ in hybrid maize than in its parents and higher quenching rate of variable fluorescence (△FV/F0 and △FV/T) as compared with its parents, which were related to the photosynthetic electron transport and protion gradient in thy-lakoid membrane. Besides, hybrid maize possessed large photosynthetic unit (T1/2). All these characters were of benefit to raising the efficiency of light energy conversion and rate of photosynthesis. The photosynthesis rate examined with intact leaves was in accordance with analysed above.
