摘要
在分析房地产开发工程投资风险因素的基础上,结合物元分析相关理论,将其运用于房地产开发工程投资风险综合评价,并通过实例证明其有效可行。
Based on appraisal index system of risk real estate investment, the matter element model for comprehensive appraisal of risk real estate investment is set up with the theory of matter dement analysis and practical examples are tentatively analysed.
