摘要
党的干部是党的执政能力的体现者,因此,要提高党的执政能力必须首先提高干部队伍素质。坚持用马列主义教育干部,牢固树立科学的世界观、人生观和价值观,正确对待和使用权力,不断提高政治素质。坚持用科学制度激励干部,不断适应新形势,学习新知识,增长新本领,不断提高业务素质。坚持用实际效果检验干部,促进干部刻苦学习,真抓实干,开拓进取,不断提高执政能力。
Party cadres are the representatives of the Party＇s governing ability .To strengthen the Party＇s governing ability. we must improve the qualies of the cadres .The cadres should be armed with Marxism-Leninsm,foster a scientific outlook on the world and life and correct values .They must corrctly treat nad ecercise the power and improve their own quality .They should be inspired with scientific system to suit new circumstance .to study the new knowledge .to train the new working capability and to constantly improve the professional quality. Adhering to evaluation the cadres by actual results can force them to study hard .work hard ,make pioneering efforts and improve the governing ability.
