摘要
随着经济的发展,环境问题日益成为严重阻碍、危害、威胁人类生活、生存和发展的全球性问题。文章借鉴外国经验,结合我国国情,从民法领域与环境问题相关联的角度出发,对环境问题进行法律分析,并提出以法治为主的综合治理思路。
With economic development, environmental problems have become increasingly global ones which do serious harm to the life, survival and development of mankind. From the correlation angles between the field of civil law and environmental problems, this paper draws on foreign experience and makes a legal analysis on environmental problems and puts forward the idea of comprehensive governance mainly by law in combination with China＇s conditions.
