摘要
创建无障碍医院活动把“无障碍”理念引入到医院的服务之中,在减少和消除通行、沟通、心理、行为、管理、观念等6个方面障碍的过程中,融入人文关怀,体现以人为本,实现全员、全程参与,让医患双方携手努力,共同克服疾病这个人类健康的最大障碍,并在此基础上克服和减少其它各种障碍,使医疗服务达到“流畅、规范、和谐”层面,不断满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求,进而使病人满意、职工满意,增进社会和谐。本文主要探讨创建无障碍医院的理念与基本实践。
The concept of non-handicap was introduced to the hospital service through the project of creating nonhandicap hospital. There were barriers in the sections of communication, mentality, action, management and intention. The human thought service should be added during the removal barriers process.
