摘要
改革开放以来,我国人口的迁移流动不断增强,城市化进程迅速加快。由此也产生了一系列的社会、经济和生态环境问题。这些问题的产生,使很多人对人口的迁移流动和城市化持否定的态度。与此相反,本文从迁移人口素质的提高、人口的集聚效应,以及相应的生产效率、资源利用率的增加,促进环境污染的治理和资源的循环综合利用,有利于迁出地的生态环境恢复和保护等方面,对人口的迁移流动和城市化给生态环境带来的有利影响做了初步的分析和探讨。
The migration and flow of the population have been increased continuously since reforming and opening, and the urbanization took a good progress in our country. However, they also produced a series of society, economy and ecosystem environment problems. These make many people take a negative attitude to the migration and urbanization of the population. This text is contrary with it, and analyses the beneficial influence on the ecosystem environment of the population migration, flow and urbanization from the improvement of the floating population quality, the population agglomeration effect, the corresponding efficiency increment of production and the use of resources, the speed - up of the pollutants disposal and the circular use of resources, and the promotion of the ecosystem environment recovery and protection in the place of emigration etc.
