摘要 利用锁相环路闭环控制的原理,自行研制了专用ASIC全硬件电路,实现了一种通用晶闸管触发装置,具有高可靠性、高精度、强触发的特点。实践证明它克服了传统触发电路的缺陷,解决了单片机触发系统的抗干扰问题,可广泛应用于各种大功率相控直流电源、交流调压器、调温控制器、有源逆变器等工业自动化领域。另外,本文利用电子测量中的转换误差及±1误差的分析方法详细推导了误差产生的机理,并介绍了其在2000Ah/300V蓄电池组充放电电子负载的应用。 With the theory of phase locked loop( PLL), a novel universal high-reliable and powerful thyristortriggering device with high accuracy is presented, and an ASIC LSI is developed. The shortcoming of the traditional thyristor-triggering device has been overcome, and the microprocessor triggering device anti-jamming problem is also solved. The device can be used in most of the industry fields of great power phase-controlled DC supply, AC voltage regulator , temperature controller, line commutated inverter, etc. The error produced in this system is calculated in detail by conversion error and ±1 error method in electronic measurement; and it is much smaller than traditional device. In the end, an application of an electric load of 2000Ah/300V battery group controlled by this triggering system is given.
