摘要
农村传统的土地保障和家庭保障弊端日益暴露,新的农村社会保障体系的条件逐渐成熟,建立以养老保险、新型医疗合作和最低生活保障为主要内容的农村社会保障体系是建设社会主义新农村的重要方面。
With the development of economy in rural areas, the disadvantages of traditional household contract responsibility system and family guarantee system have become more and more evident, and at the same time the condition of the new rural social security system which includes the systems of old-age pensions, new-pattern medical cooperation and subsistence allowances has become mature and available. To establish such rural social security system is an important component to build a new socialist rural area.
