摘要 本文在采用J507焊条施焊的16MnR钢焊接接头上,研究了在焊缝上含有气孔和夹渣时对于接头强度和塑性的影响,并对比了自然气孔和人工气孔的力学性能影响的差异,同时还讨论了焊缝强度匹配对缺陷极限的影响,所得结论对含气孔和夹渣的焊接接头在基于合于使用原则的安全评定中能得到应用。 Effects of porosities and slag inclusions in weldmetal on the fracture strength and plasti-cal behavior have been investigated on welded joints of 16MnR steel welded by J507 electrode. Differences in mechanical behaviors between porosities produced by welding procedures and artificial hole were compared. Meantime the effects of weldmatching on critical defects have been studied also. The conclusions can be used to estimate safety of welded joint with porosities and slag inclusions on base of fitness for purpose.
