摘要
本文在分析影响冲压件成本及质量因素的基础上,就材料利用率、冲压件的工艺性和方案等方面探讨了冲压件的技术经济性;并阐述了冲压件质量的经济意义,同时介绍两种质量控制的统计分析方法。
In this paper,on the basis of analyseing the influence factors of stamping cost and quality,technical-economical of stamping has been discussed according to material consume and stamping technilogical property and process et al.Economicel significance of stamping quality has been set forth.Moreover,two statistical analy- sis methods of quality control have been introduced.
