摘要
室外阳光照射下(λ=254nm,132~158μW/cm^2)0.5h,1h,2h和3h,该菌株分生孢子萌发率分别为92.35%,84.78%,40.22%,和8.81%;室内紫外灯下,孢子萌发率因照射强度(照距)和时间增加而下降。
Exposed on the radiation of sunshine (λ = 254 nm, 132 - 158 μW/cm^2) for 0.5 h, 1 h 2 h and 3 h outdoors,the germination rate of conidia were 92. 45%, 84. 78% ,40.22% and 8.81% respectively. The germination rate of the spores were decreased with increase of intensity and time of radiation under ultraviolet lamp.
