摘要
目的:研究温脑汤对大鼠脑缺血模型血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、一氧化氮(NO)含量及脑指数、脑组织含水量的影响。方法:采用永久结扎双侧颈总动脉同时腹腔注射硝普纳的方法制作大鼠脑缺血模型。测定血清中SOD、MDA、NO、GSH的含量及脑指数、脑组织含水量。结果:与假手术对照组相比,模型对照组血清中MDA、NO含量明显升高,SOD、GSH含量明显降低,脑指数、脑组织含水量均升高,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,温脑汤大、中剂量可使脑缺血大鼠血清MDA、NO含量明显降低,SOD、GSH含量明显升高,脑指数、脑组织含水量均降低,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温脑汤可减少自由基,诱导SOD、GSH生成,具有保护脑细胞的作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Wennaotang on stroke caused by cerebral ischemia. Methods : Rat model of cerebral ischemia was prepared by ligating both common carotid arteries and injecting Sodium Nitroprusside into abdominal cavity for observing the con tents of malonyldialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide (NO) and glutathione (GSH) in serum. Results : Both large dodge and middle dosage Wennaotang group had obviously protective effect on the metabolism of the free radicals , for the drug could reduce water content, the content of MDA and NO but increased the activities of SOD,GSH in the serum . Conclusion: Wennaotang may act as protective means on brain by clearing free radicals.
