方波电场治疗半横断脊髓损伤实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用非置人式方波电场治疗大鼠半横断脊髓损伤,是一种简便、安全、疗效确实的治疗方法。本实验采用联合行为记分法(CBS)、脊髓诱发电位(SCEP)及辣根过氧化酶逆行标记法(HRP)作为观察指标。结果显示:方波治疗组大鼠的 CBS 值下降值明显高于对照组.SCEP 潜伏期恢复较对照组明显改善,两者差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。组织学显示方波组的 HRP 标记细胞明显多于对照组。三项指标联合评价:方波电场能促进半横断脊髓神经轴突的再生。 We designed and applied an un-implanted square wave current field to treat the hemi- transection spinal injury in rats.While the'combined behavioral score CBS','spinal cord evoked potential, SCEP'and'retrograde and labeling technique of Horseradish peroxidase,HRP'were used as evaluated means.The result showed that the value of CBS in treatment group was lower than that of control group- the recovery of SCEP latency was bette.than the control group.There was a significant difference (P< 0.01).In histological test.the labeling cells of HRP were also greater than those of control group in num- ber.These data suggest that the square wave current field can promote the nervous axons regeneration and recovery in hemi-transection spinal injury rats.
