摘要
目的探讨不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT影像特征。方法回顾性分析临床资料完整的6例不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。结果6例单发的不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤,表现为不规则性明显分叶的软组织肿块,中、高度强化,可见洋葱皮样、螺旋样强化及网格状、索条状强化的血管影。影像表现与临床症状分离。结论CT对不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的鉴别诊断具有重要意义,与临床表现结合必不可少。

The express of image and the clinical symptom was separate. Conclusion CT has the vital significance to the atypical renal angioleiomyolipoma distinction diagnosis, Is essential with the clinical symptom union.
