摘要
采用差示分光光度法和单波长分光光度法,在320 nm和277 nm波长处,测定复方甲硝唑滴耳液中甲硝唑和诺氟沙星的含量。回收率分别为99.54%(RSD=0.50%)和100.10%(RSD=0.42%)。此法适宜于该制剂质量控制。
The determination of metronidazole and norfloxacin in compound metronidazole ear drop solution was performed using differential spectrophotometry at 320nm and 277 nm. The average recoveries were 99.54%(RSD=0.50%) and 100. 10% (RSD=0.42%) respectively. The method was suitable for the quality control of the ear drop solution.
