摘要
目的探讨腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的诊治及预防。方法回顾性分析近10年来我站收治的10例腹壁子宫内膜异位症的临床表现。结果8例发生在剖宫产术后,2例发生在卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除术后。大多表现为腹壁切口处肿块,有与月经相伴的周期性疼痛或压痛。治疗以手术为主。结论术中注意保护切口、提高手术操作技巧、降低剖宫产率等均有助于减少腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的发生。
Objective To explore the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of endometriosis in abdominal scars. Methods 10 cases of endometriosis in abdominal scars were retrospectively analysed during 1995 and January 2005. Results 8 cases occurred after cesarean section, 2 cases occurred after enucleation of ovarian chocolate cyst. All had masses in abdominal scars with cyclic pain associated with mense or tenderness. Surgery is the main management. Conclusions To protect the incision during surgery, increase the operative skills and to cut down the rate of cesarean may help to decrease the occurrence of endometfiosis in abdominal scars.
