摘要
目的观察脂微球前列腺素E1(凯时)注射液治疗老年稳定性劳力型心绞痛(SAP)的疗效、不良反应。方法将87例老年SAP患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组42例。两组患者除给予常规药物治疗外,治疗组尚加用凯时注射液10ug/日静滴,对照组加用丹参注射液20ml/日静滴,两组疗程均为3周。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后心电图改变、运动试验、Holter主要参数等指标及不良反应,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组临床疗效及心电图缺血改善分别为91.11%和82.22%,对照组分别为73.81%和61.90%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组药物均能增加患者运动耐量,减少Holter心肌缺血发作频率及时间,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论凯时注射液对老年SAP具有肯定的治疗效果且副作用少。
Objective To observe the clinical effects and badness reaction of lipo-prostaglandin E1 （Kaishi） in treating elderly patients with stable exertional angina pectoris （SAP）. Methods 87 elderly patients with SAP were randomly divided into treated group （n=45） and control group （n=42）. Besides using routine drugs,the treated group was treated with Kaishi infection of 10ug iv. gtt. qd. for 3 weeks and the control group was treated with salivae mihiorrhiza ingection of 20ml iv. gtt. qd for 3 weeks. The clinical effieacy,ECG, main indices of exercise test and Hoher before and after treatment and badness effect were measured in two groups. Results Total effective rates of clinical efficacy and ECG in the treated group were 91.11% and 82.22% ,respectively. The same parameters in the control group were 73.81% and 61.90% respectively. The above parameter of treated group were remarkably better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The drugs of the two groups could both improve the tolerance of exercise and reduce the frequency and time of myocardial ischemia of Hoher, while the treated group had better effect than the control group（P〈0.05）. Both of the two groups had no obvious badness effects. Conclusions Kaishi injection had affirmative effects and less badness effects to elderly patients with SAP.
