摘要
介绍了大型水轮发电机定子磁极冲片自动生产线送料系统的方案设计和系统构成;同时还介绍了送料系统组成、控制方式的设计和系统工作过程。系统采用步进电动机进行调速,并形成闭环系统,提高了送料尺寸的精度。此系统已经成功应用于生产实践,并且运行稳定可靠,操作方便快捷。
The design and composition of a feeding system for the 400t punching auto-line are introduced, and the composition of the controlling system, the design of the controlling manner and the working process of the system are also introduced. The precision of feeding size controlling is improved, because of the step motor speed regulating and closed-loop control method are adopted. The system has been successfully applied to practical production, and it is stable, simple and reliable.
