4种马来酸酐接枝物对PA66/TLCP共混物界面的增容作用 被引量:4

COMPATIBILIZING EFFECTS OF FOUR KINDS OF MALEATED POLYALKEMERS ON INTERFACES OF PA66/TLCP BLENDS

摘要 利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)研究了4种马来酸酐接枝聚合物对聚酰胺66/热致性液晶聚合物(PA66/TLCP)共混物界面的增容作用,并对PA66/TLCP共混物进行了力学性能测试和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的微观形貌研究。DSC结果表明,4种马来酸酐接枝聚合物对PA66/TLCP共混物的熔融温度、熔融焓、结晶温度、过冷度和结晶度均有不同程度的影响;FTIR证明共混物界面发生增容反应。4种马来酸酐接枝聚合物对PA66与TLCP的界面相容性均有不同程度的改善,使共混物的力学性能提高,且改变了分散相在基体中的分散形态。 The compatibilizing effects of four kinds of maleated polyalkemers on interfaces of polyamide 66/thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer (PA66/TLCP) blends were studied by DSC and FTIR, and the mechanical properties as well as the morphologies of the blends were investigated. The results of DSC test showed that these maleated polyalkemers had different effects on Tm, △Hm, Tc, △TC and Xc of the blends; FTIR test results showed that these maleated polyalkemers had compatibilizing effects on blend interfaces. The interface compatibilities of four kinds of PA66/TLCP blends were improved at different degree, the mechanical properties of blends were increased, and the disperse morphologies of TLCP in PA66 matrix were improved.
