摘要
针对一种新型并联数控铣床的非线性映射运动控制特点,实现了该型铣床手轮模块的设计,详细讨论了手轮模块的硬件结构和软件结构。实际应用结果,表明该模块能够准确快速地控制动平台的运动,该项技术对并联机床手轮功能的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Aimed at the controlling function of nonlinear mapping movement of a kind of new typed parallel numerical controlled milling machine, the module design of hand wheel of this typed milling machine was realized, and the structures of hardware and software of hand wheel were discussed in detail. The result of actual application shows that this module could accurately and rapidly control the movement of braking platform. This technique has certain reference value on the design of hand wheel function of parallel machine tools.
